I’ve always believed the best marketing starts with empathy. Whether coaching on the rugby field or leading a brand campaign, my approach centers on understanding people — what motivates them, what inspires them, what they need to thrive.

After over a decade of experience spanning brand strategy, influencer partnerships, DTC growth, and creative development, I’ve built a career helping brands turn their purpose into performance.

When I’m not crafting campaigns, you’ll find me on the sideline of a rugby match or wrangling life with my partner Nick, our daughter, and our goldendoodle.

I'm comfortable breaking the ice and making connections with anyone and everyone. I can easily boost others' confidence levels and empower them to overcome obstacles, acquire new skills, gain knowledge, or reach lofty goals. By studying the unique qualities of individuals, I have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively.

Because of my strengths, I am emotionally attuned to what is going on in my own and others’ lives. I am intuitive and work diligently to involve everyone in activities and projects.
